Fill a Bag, Make a Difference!

Help us raise funds for our growing program by cleaning out your closet! We have partnered with the Epilepsy Foundation New England to host a clothing drive benefiting two wonderful causes. Your donations help us fund uniforms, new equipment and repairs, safety fences for our benches, game officials and more! Bring your items to practice or games the WEEKS of May 2 and May 9th and be sure to spread the word to your neighbors, family and friends.

We are hoping to collect bags of clothing, shoes, jewelry, handbags, linens, curtains…. think the heavier the bag the better 🙂  LSA will receive 20 cents a pound from the Epilepsy Foundation – and yes, while that doesn’t seem like a ton, note that some groups have raised a fair amount of cash – again, think heavy items!

Last Evaluation Location Change

Our last evaluation for the 10U, 12U, 14U players
will be held this Sunday March 20.

We hoped to conduct evaluations outside again this weekend, but snow is in the forecast so we will move the evaluations indoor at DC Fitness (175 Benton Dr, East Longmeadow. next door to post office).

Due to limited space, we prefer to keep the evaluations to those players
who were unable to attend the evaluation last weekend.

  • 10U players  ~  1pm-2pm (please arrive around 12:45 to stretch/warm-up)
  • 12U & 14U players  ~  2pm – 3pm (please arrive around 1:45 to stretch/warm-up)

Don’t forget to return your 2015 uniform and bring used equipment if you wish to
donate to our younger players. We have 30+ new players registered for softball this
year, what an amazing growth in the program!

As a reminder to anyone not yet registered, registration must be received by March 20.
Any registrations received after March 20 will be placed on a waiting list.
